Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, as outlined below.

Based on our website menu and homepage content, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to be processed:
