- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products, and items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, attach the RAN, and include all tags and accessories.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days.
For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected, subject to product availability.
